Unlike just about every other place you can order Korean wedding ducks online, we ship from the US. From the Philadelphia, PA area to be more precise. FYI, relative to the United States, South Korea is literally on the other side of Earth.
Our standard FREE shipping is done via USPS Priority Mail,
which usually takes 2-3 days. Please note that 2-3 days isn't garunteed but very much on average it takes 2-3 days for USPS to deliver once it's shipped. Read more about Priority Mail on USPS's website. Once you've placed your order, we'll send you a tracking number. If you find your package not being processed in a timely manner, let us know!
For shipping to US destinations, we offer Express shipping. USPS Express Mail service usually delivers next day. Please check the Express Mail Service Commitments to get a sense of when it will be possible to receive your package. Please take into consideration our processing time. Again, as with any shipping question, please email us at orders@koreanducks.com.
We almost always process the orders immediately and ship the next morning when shipping is available (currently Monday through Saturday - this depends on USPS). So if you order on Monday night, we'll generally ship Tuesday morning. Order on Saturday night, we'll ship on Monday.
